Is this program for me?
- I want to be part of a growth area. The number of special education teachers is expected to increase by 17 percent from 2008 to 2018, which is faster than the average for all occupations. (US Department of Labor, Occupational Outlook Handbook, 2010-11 Edition)
- I want to earn a degree that focuses on the most effective methods and strategies to work with students with disabilities and their families in Ohio K-12 schools.
- I want to effectively collaborate and communicate with all stakeholders of students with disabilities in Ohio K-12 schools.
Note: Online courses do not require students to attend classes at a graduate center. Hybrid courses are a combination of online and face-to-face classes. Hybrid and online sections of classes are not available for every course during every term. See the Graduate Course Rotations and the current Schedule of Graduate Course Offerings for additional information.
